Only seems to be here ....

I hit shift and and question mark and I get this É

I hit shift and the number 6 and I get ?

I hit shift and the qoutation mark and I get È

Even just hitting the backspace key gives me é

Any helpÉ

Look on the start bar on the right hand side, click the keyboard icon and change it back to US.

It was US ... but I did a reboot and looks like it fixed it.

It was just strange it only did it here ... ?
