View Full Version : auto log off????
On the wife's laptop, I have to log into the forum every time I get on the forum.
This does not occur on the desktop in the basement. Is this a bug in the forum, or something on her laptop?
also, I was just checking and responding to emails, and I was logged off.
anyone have a clue as to how to fix this?

I end up logged out anytime I'm inactive for 10 or so minutes. I've never been able to figure it out. Pisses ya off when you've been working on a lengthy post and then can't post it because you've been logged out.
I just got booted again!
was inactive from 11:47 - 11:54 and got the boot!
and yes to you smartasses, I check the box that says "remember me"
WTF

Prolly has something to do with the privacy settings on the browser on the wife's laptop. She doesn't want you to know she surfs porn/has a boyfriend/uses the webcam to be the star of her own site.

Either that, or a bad cookie.
I stay logged in / never log out, unless I need to get into the admin panel.

It's logging off in ten minutes for certain. I can't finish one of my long-winded replies without it logging me off.
