That looks damn good.
My only issue with the picture is laying already 'cooked' sausage in contact with raw chicken... just sayin'. I realize you're going to grill the sausage again, but raw chicken's nasty stuff - just a holdover from my restaurant days.

I never really thought about that slick, maybe you're right. I kept the smoker at around 275-300 degrees for for the hour or so the sausage was on. I guess I'll find out today if me or any of my peeps gets sick :eek:
