No photo's sorry, was starved, and ate as soon as I got home. The wife said it was very easy to make. It was fricken outstanding!!!!

3 Tablespoons of butter
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Bay Leaves
3 Teaspoons of curry powder (or to taste)
half teaspoon of dry mustard
1/8th a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2-3 teaspoons of salt (we used 3, but will cut back next time)
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
2 onions chopped
4 pounds of chicken pieces (we used boneless thighs)
4 teaspoons of plain flour
1 cup of boiling water

1. Melt the butter ina large saucepan and add the bay leaves, curry powder, mustard, cayenne, salt, brown sugar and onions. Saute until the onions are transparent.

2. Add the chicken pieces and brown over a high heat for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

3. Sprinkle the flour and cook fo ranother 15 minutes

4.Add the water, cover tightly and simmer over a low hear for 15 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
