So the wife and I will be moving into our new home in May. Basement is unfinished. Now, when it comes to figuring out space usage and layout, i absolutely suck at it. So I'm here seeking some advice and suggestions. Few things I'd like to have:
Theatre area/room:
5 seats (2x 1seaters, 1x 3 seater, 1 seaters are reclining)
Flat Screen LED or Projector+screen(undecided)
PS3
surround sound system (contemplating built-in speakers, what are pros and cons of that?)
DVD/Blue-Ray, PS3, stereo to be hidden behind a small false wall/cabinet

Bar area:
-preferred wet but would do dry
-poker table by bar area
Bathroom:
Toilet, shower, sink
that's all i got for now. Keep in mind that the measurement from the back wall to front wall is actually 37' not 27. If space permits, Would also like to have a small office in there somewhere. What do you guys think? I'm no good when it comes to optimal space usage, so any help/ideas/suggestions/advice is greatly appreciated
