Busted out in 68th place out of 130. Played solid. But no cards and no spots to make smart moves. Went out when I re-popped it with AQ all in. Big stack who had been raising with lots of less than premium hands. He called with 99. Flopped missed us both, but he made his set on the turn.

Fossilman Raymer was in the tourney ad well as some other b-list poker players. Guy at my table was a former WPT final table guy. Ron W I think. Just have not tried to figure out his name yet.

Should be playing On April6th in another $500 + &50. Will need some more luck then.

My buddy cashed 5th out of 59 in Hollywood Poker Open event 19 -- $500 +$50 NLHE -- for almost $2100. My friend had JJ raised it to 15K, and small blind villain raised to 45K. My friend pushed all in for 75k. Villain had KQ off and hit his K on the river.

I have a friend playing the Limit tourney that starts at 3:00 today. Three of us -- including me -- are playing in the $500 +$50 NLHE tourney on Wednesday.

So, if you can spare any poker juju for me or my buds, please send it my way.

Apparently the PMC poker mojo machine is broke. My KK in level 3 ran up against AA and the board missed both of us. On top of that, villain was the only player at the table that had me covered. Wish it were a rebuy tourney.

Anyone near the Hollywood, I am buying until I have to leave.

My friends busted in 21st and 19th, just after the dinner break. One more chance for my little group today, with one player in the $300 + $45 that starts at noon eastern.
