As to show appreciation for the great sponsors we have here at PMC, I am going to raffle off a $25 gift card towards a purchase in Neon Factory's Online Store. This is coming out of my own pocket as a gift for PMC members, and in my excitement of having a neon sponsor to the forum, something we've wanted / needed for some time and to show appreciation to their support to the forum. The Neon Factory is adding ANOTHER $25 discount to this contest! For a total of $50 dollars towards a sign in his store.
So, here are the basic details:
Reply to this thread ONCE. (By once, I mean (1) ONE time. Your single reply is your official entry. Your post will have a "Post Number" over in the right hand side. That is your lotto ticket for the sake of conversation.
That number will be used to award your prize.
If you reply more than once, INSTANT DQ. So sorry.
We will use the closing number of the DOW JONES INDUSTRIAL AVERAGE as our Random Number Generator.
We will use Monday May 23, 2011 as the close number.
If your Post Number is 18, add a 0, so you'll be 018.
If your Post Number is 118, see below for 1 to 100 entries, 200 entries, etc..
If the DOW closes at 12,470.18 you would be the winner.
I will lock the thread prior to the close (read: when I remember to, probably the morning of May 23.) before the closing of the markets on May 23. If you're IBTL, you're good.
Easy? It should be, but leave it to you mopes to muck it up, so here is the nitty gritty fine print. (Borrowed from HPT (http://www.homepokertourney.com/), so give props to Barry over there.)

One Registration per member
Only one reply per member per thread is allowed. Posting more than one reply in a thread automatically results in all that member's replies being ruled ineligible.
How we will randomly choose the winner(s)
Every post in the registration thread automatically contains a reply#. You win the giveaway if your reply# matches the last three numbers (the number before the decimal and the two numbers after the decimal) of a Wall Street stock market quote. For example, if the DJIA closing quote is 10301.29 - reply# 129 wins and if the closing quote is 10302.21 - reply# 221 wins.
We will use the DJIA closing quote to determine the winner of the giveaway. If the DJIA closing quote for that day results in a non-winning giveaway number, we will the following day's market close. If we don't have a winner in 5 business days, we will do a rally, day by day, number by number. Details to come if / as needed.
1-100 replies
If there are less than 101 replies in a giveaway - we will only use the final two numbers of the closing quote (the two numbers after the decimal). Reply# 100 is considered to be Reply# 00.
101-200 replies
If there are more than 100 and less than 201 replies in a giveaway - any winning number that begins with a 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8 will be considered to start with a 0 and any winning number that begins with a 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9 will be considered to start with a 1. For example, winning number 636 is altered to 036 and winning number 701 is altered to 101.
201-300 replies
If there are more than 200 and less than 301 replies in a giveaway - any winning number that begins with a 0, 3, or 6 will be considered to start with a 0, any winning number that begins with a 1, 4, or 7 will be considered to start with a 1, and any winning number that begins with a 2, 5, or 8 will be considered to start with a 2. For example, winning number 636 is altered to 036, winning number 426 is altered to 126, and winning number 804 is altered to 204. Any winning number that begins with a 9 will be ignored and another closing quote will be used.
301-400 replies

You will have 30 days to spend your cash at Neon Factory's Store. I will paypal him the $25 gift "certificate" towards your purchase once you figure out what you want to buy. He'll coordinate with you on the exact details, final price difference, etc. etc.. You will also be required to do a review of the neon, in your man cave, with pics, with the shocker.
