How I create a custom Neon

Here's a few pictures to show you how I take an image and modify it to create a neon sign. This should give you an idea on how your image will look in neon. I'll use Quads sign for an example.

There are limitations when working with glass tubes, but you can usually work around them.

How do you go from the artwork submitted to the neon rendering? Do you just draw it based on the limits of the glass tubes? Then the factory builds it based on your rendering?

Basically yes.

A few rules to follow: No sharp angles, and keep the tube lengths as short as possible. (Shorter tube = Less damage).
