The 2nd one was so bad, I don't plan on seeing it... I have the 2nd one on DVR...half watched...

Agreed the 2nd one was turribul. F you Michael Bay for fvcking up what filled my childhood afternoon cartoons and playtime. Devastator had so much potential and he completely fuct that up as the "boss battle" for 10 minutes at the end.

It is a movie about vehicles turning into robots.
Add in some explosions, hot woman and at the very least its considered cool.
The 2nd one was not bad.
If you go into these types of movies looking for the epic storey telling ... then you deserve to come out of the movie disapointed.

its about people getting shot, and shit going *boom*. always has been, always will be. if i wanted a story, i'd read a book. lol

It was great! Loved it.
Shockwave in this one makes up for the shitty devastator in the second one. The chick in this one is way hotter than Meggan Fox. Also, the 3d is sweet. The scene where the army guys jump out of the plane in the wing suits is fucking awesome.

The 2nd one was not bad.Well, Michael Bay says the third movie is his apology for the 2nd movie, so he agrees with us that the 2nd film was the suck.
I don't need a great story, but I don't need long, boring, nonsensical wandering through the desert; I don't need dog-humping and marijuana brownie jokes in the same movie that has aircraft carriers getting rolled; I do need characters or situations I care about at least a little bit so I don't get bored and start looking for video games in the lobby.

Seriously though, I will probably check it out on bluray later this year, but I missed the second flick, and the first didn't really do much for me.
Count down is on.

Absolutley Awesome - I wish they would have shot this sequence longer - It actullay gave me butterflies in mt stomach for a second or two.

The LEGO might have a bigger impact.

Saw the flick with the kids. Superfluous explosions I can handle but the plot was so convoluted I actually found myself getting restless over how long it was running. Except for the flight-suit scene, the 3D didn't wow me in the least.
I give it a solid summer Meh.

Saw it last night on a bro-date (no homo), kept a seat in between. 10pm showing....think I fell asleep half way through for about 15 minutes. It was pretty long. Seemed kind of the same old formula. New source of power is discovered, an old guy comes back, Prime fights him. Shia LeDouche somehow gets a smoking hot chick, his parents get involved, John Turturro overacts the government idiot.
There definitely was more action, but the trailers touted it as "war on Earth". It was more like "war in Chicago"

the new chick is fucking BLAZING.
wing suit scenes were amazing. made my starfish pucker.
loved the movie.
