For those of you who buy custom chips, where do you get the cases to put them in?
Right now, I'm trolling Canadian retailers because there is shipping/brokerage fees from US retailers that always bite me. Depending on the math, it might be cheaper to buy a dice set locally at WallyWorld and throw the dice chips out! 8)
I've dealt a lot with discountcasinogear and have no qualms about product or pricing but I thought I'd ask in case there's someone out there I'm unaware of.
Thanks.

I'm thinking of having a custom chip case made. If I do that, you can have my birdcage in recognition of your outstanding service to the community. I have a 1000 chip birdcage and a 400 chip birdcage. I don't know where I acquired them from over the years, but its been awhile.

I bought a birdcage and some cases from Palm, via CT. That was a long time ago and I think I have heard of them being a pain in regards to Canadian shipping. Though again, that was a LONG time ago, I haven't done anything with chips in years.

I greatly appreciate the offer but the space where I have chips accessible is limited and also has a rather low ceiling (duct work framing) and a wall-mounted light. I'm unsure I want to be removing and replacing the cage as much as I open and close the case lids.
Besides, the chips are already inbound and I doubt you'll get that custom case made in time 8)

I was going to suggest the same thing. I just dont know if Joe @ Palm Imports ships to Canada anymore. That and his customer service is less than stellar but prices are generally outstanding so its a trade off.

Trann, if you find a good place let me know. At some point I need to buy a 1000 ct birdcage.

Trann,
This is where I got my cash game chips with the birdcage we have. Only dealt with them the once and it was good. Not sure if the prices are good but free shipping on anything over 65bux.
