I've had a desire to expand my cash game set for a while and to tack on some higher denominations ($25) for those evenings when everyone seems ready to drop a few bucks more than they intended to.
After digging up the source Photoshop files and getting permission from the original producer to carry on with this design, I brought this shoebox full of expectations and dropped it on the doorstep of ABC Gifts and Awards.
Gene took my files in and raised a new batch of chips like they were his own, cultivating them to look just like their brothers.
One day, a package arrived...

I was giddy with excitement...

Carefully cut open the box...

The reading material was interesting but didn't really help: it only slowed me down...

Each stack of 25 was hermetically sealed...
http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y4/PokerTrann/PMC/101_0547.jpg
Freeing them from their boxy prison...
http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y4/PokerTrann/PMC/101_0549.jpg
And giving them some air; I also took the opportunity to get some dealer chips in the style of the seating chips he has for sale: a great idea!

Introducing the new chips to the rest of the family...

And like most chip geeks, I spent the next little while counting things up, taking inventory, and deciding how I would case them all.
Happy times.
Here's a mostly top-down view of this new set mixed in with the originals and, as you can see (even through the overly dark exposure), they are very crisp and well colour matched. You'd be hard pressed to distinguish Gene's from the originals.

Gene takes much better pictures comparing the two: his are the bottom row.

Exceptional job, Gene. Even the wifey is impressed and can't wait to play with them.
