NO MORE SHUFFLETECH FOR ME!!!!!! POOR REVIEW.

I just have to express my thoughts on Shuffle Tech and get this off my chest. So I have been selling these on my web site from day one and the last year has been hell. Each time I have an order it takes 3-5 weeks before it even gets into my hand. I always have to call Rick at Shuffle Tech 2-3 times a week checking the status on my order and either he doesn’t answer or call me back or feeds me some line of BS about production. I always have to beg for an invoice too and it has just gotten so horrible that I have discontinued this product. Out of about 10 shufflers that I have sold I would say 8 of them had mechanical or warranty issues. Rather than just ship the customer a replacement Rick makes them ship it back for repair and the customer is left with a giant hole in their table. I cant tell you how many complaints I have gotten from these shufflers I am pulling out what last hair I have left!

So about a month ago I call Rick and tell him look, your customer service has to be fixed or else I am going to get rid of your stuff from my web site. Rather than apologizing and saying I will fix the problem he gives me some BS again. So I say okay one last shot I will give you and I send him another order. Well today is 3 weeks later and I still don’t have the shuffler sent to my customer. I could write a book here but the bottom line is that Shuffle Tech stinks, the customer services stinks and the product stinks. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Okay I am off my soap box WOW I feel better.

Eric.

ShuffleTech, like Paulson, always seemed content with the casino market and was not interested in the home market...

I think you're confusing ShuffleTech with the Shufflemaster Deck Mate. ShuffleTech was always targeted towards the home market. It's really too bad there's not a viable alternative.

I think you're 100% right.

I've got no experience on the re-seller side but the unit I have works great. It's no Shufflemaster but considering the two decimal price difference I think it's a good product. I doubt you would have enough interest to keep a product/company viable if it was slightly improved and in the $1K-$2K range.
