Did you know that 72 suited is only a 3 to 2 dog when heads up against another random hand? (according to a Pokerstove simulation I just ran) Interesting!

According to Pokerstove, the only hand with a really huge advantage over 72s is any pocket pair greater than 8's at better than 8 to 1. Interesting!

I thought this was interesting. And I posted it just in case anyone was wondering how bad playing 72 suited really is. Just in case it comes up in conversation. Or just in case it comes up in another post or something.

You know the percentage of times whe you hold a single ace in a six-handed game that one of the other players hold an ace?

50%

So the ace gains some power short handed I guess.

I never valued it that highly

Why in the world would anybody have anything to say about 72 in a post?

I actually questioned the same thing while reading that.
Why would I use precious CPU clock cycles analyzing 7/2?

Now we know.

heads up 7/2 is not the worst hand 2/3 is, 7/2 is only the worst hand against a full table of random hands
