Mini Table for Chips

I'm in the middle of building an oval table to match my 48" round table (colour wise) and was looking in the garage and remembered I had this very small dual pedestal set up... So I decided to make a mini oval for my chips... I build the table top the same way a regular table is built with padded play area and rail.
I used what would be scraps from the big oval for foam and left over vinyl. Here's what it turned out like actual size is 48" x 20"

I rarely put my chips on the padded area very long... I find it "dents" the padding.., nice little table, though.

Very nice and awesome idea. Any way to stain the pedestal to match the poker table. Never done that, not sure if it's too much of a hassle.

That was my thought, but when you see how straight that one side is, perhaps there was a wall there separating the space and he removed it, but didn't get around to changing flooring yet.
