Lucky Derby (Peppermill Tourney carpool?)

Ran into The Kid at the Derby a few days ago. He did pretty well at the same $2/$5 table. He was in Seat 1 and I was in Seat 2. I ended up with a small loss after avoiding a big loss when I won a huge pot with this hand (after Kid cashed out).

I hand 10 10 at near the button when I called an early position player's raise to $25. Then both SB and BB both go all-in with about slightly over $100 each. The EP called and I figured I might have the best hand and called (I have about $200 left). So we got about $500 in the pot. Flop comes K 10 x with 2 hearts. EP has about $200 left so he bets all in. I called immediately with my remaining chips with my set. EP had AK, the other 2 had smaller pocket pairs so I dragged a $900+ pot.

Kid mentioned that he and Quads are going to the Peppermill tourney. I might be interested in going if the schedule is right. I will be willing to share the expenses and pay for lunch and/or dinner whoever is taking his car. Let me know the dates.

We should be able to coordinate something.

I don't know when exactly I'm heading up there. I'll gladly share a ride with someone if it works out schedule wise.
