Very cool, but why not mount the TV and speakers on the wall for a better TV experience?

Simple clean elegant layout, nice. I also like the warmth of the colors. Then blend nicely.

Well now that you asked.......

I will be making a custom cabinet for the TV, the one now is like 10 years old and used for the last TV we had.

The new cabinet will have a auto lift system when you turn on the TV, it will be hidden in the cabinet when off. I do not know if it will be centered in the room as it will take up floor space from the poker table.
Also you get a better viewing angle from the whole room with it in the corner.

Gotta wait and see what happens.

Jesus...that is a NICE room, Pete! Wow. I love the colors and the floor. Is that Trav? or a porcelain? Its beautiful. And yes...nice clean uncluttered decor. Love it.

Italian Porcelain.
The entire downstairs is done in it. Thats two rooms, bathroom and the family room.
